Refund and Returns Policy

Bespoke Product Terms & Conditions

  • Final Sale Agreement. All items are bespoke and manufactured only upon order. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that all sales are final and no returns, cancellations, or exchanges will be accepted for any reason.
  • Legal Exemption. Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, the standard 14-day “cooling-off” period for online purchases does not apply to goods that are “made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised”.
  • Production Lock. Orders enter an automated production queue immediately upon checkout. We cannot pause or reverse this process, meaning we are unable to cancel orders once submitted.
  • No Size or Colour Exchanges. We do not stock inventory; every item is a unique print. We cannot offer replacements or refunds for incorrect size selection or “change of mind” regarding colour or design.
  • Limited Liability for Defects. The only exception to this policy is for manufacturing defects or shipping damage.
    • Reporting: Faults must be reported via email to info@showgirlrara.com within [e.g., 48 hours]of receipt.
    • Verification: You must attach high-resolution photos of the damage and the shipping label.
    • Resolution: At our sole discretion, we will provide a one-time replacement of the identical item. No monetary refunds will be issued.
